Can I get notified when someone follows a new account?
Yes. Subscribers get alerts for one public Instagram or TikTok account: we check it every 2 hours and email you when it follows someone new. Each new follow is also listed on your account page.
How do I set up alerts?
Check the account first by typing its username above. Once you subscribe, turn on alerts for it from the results page. You can switch which account you watch once a week.
Will they know I set up an alert?
No. We only read public information and never contact the account you watch, so nothing shows up on their side.
Can I turn alert emails off?
Yes. Every alert email has a link to turn them off, or you can switch them off on your account page. New follows still show up on your account page.
Does it work on private accounts?
No. Alerts only work for public accounts. If an account you're watching goes private, we can't see new follows until it's public again.
Is this a subscription? How do I manage it?
Yes. It's $7.99 per week and renews automatically every week until you cancel. Sign in and open your account page to cancel, update your card or see past invoices; that's handled by Stripe's secure billing portal. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the week you've paid for and you won't be charged again. If something didn't work, email us within 7 days of a charge and we'll sort it out.
