What we collect

• Your email, when you unlock results or sign in. We use it to sign you in, send your results and account emails, and — if you didn't finish checking out — a reminder and up to two updates over the following week if the account you checked follows someone new. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data: pages viewed and funnel steps (via PostHog), plus a browser identifier and a hashed device signal used only to limit free checks and prevent abuse.
• Public account information from TikTok and Instagram for the accounts you check and the accounts they follow: usernames, display names, bios, profile photos and follower counts. We only process public accounts.

How we use it

To run checks, show results, process your subscription, send account emails, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the product for us: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (email), PostHog (analytics), Cloudflare (bot protection), OpenRouter (account classification) and our TikTok/Instagram data providers. The account you check is never contacted or notified.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while you have an account. Cached public profile data is refreshed or removed after 30 days of not being used. Leads that never converted are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, by emailing [email protected]. If someone has checked your public account and you want your data removed from our cache, email us too.
